BRAE
The yardages on the ninth hole make it look easy on paper, but the elevation change between tee and green make it anything but easy. It is only 170 yards from the back tee to the fairway so a driver may not be needed to reach it, especially as there is deep rough on the right and trees to the left. The approach shot always needs at least an extra club due to the incline, and anything short can end up running back down the fairway away from the green. The green itself slopes from back to front and is protected by a bunker to the right.
